You have one main point of contact throughout, with regular updates, so you always know what is happening next.

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project, but most typical extensions and loft conversions take several weeks to a few months from the start of on‑site work. During planning, we will give you a realistic programme, explain any key milestones and keep you updated if anything needs to change.
