How much does a new boiler cost?
A typical combi boiler installation starts from around £2,500 including fitting. How long does a boiler installation take?
A standard combi boiler replacement can take just one day. More complex jobs — like switching from a conventional to a combi system, or adding new radiators — may take a little longer. We'll confirm the timeline during your free survey.
What type of boiler do I need — combi, system, or conventional?
It depends on the size of your home and how you use hot water. Combi boilers are the most popular choice for smaller to medium homes as they heat water on demand. System and conventional boilers suit larger properties with multiple bathrooms. We'll recommend the right option during your free survey.
Do you fit gas and oil boilers?
Yes — we're both Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, so we install and service gas and oil boilers. Our engineers carry their ID cards and you're welcome to check their registration.
What guarantees do you offer on a new boiler?
New boiler installations come with up to a 12-year manufacturer guarantee plus our own 10-year labour guarantee. That means if anything goes wrong with the boiler or our workmanship, you're covered.
How often should I get my boiler serviced?
Once a year. Annual servicing keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, and it's usually required to maintain your manufacturer's warranty. We have boiler service plans where you can pay monthly to spread the cost - get in touch to find out more.
Do you work with landlords?
Yes — we provide gas safety certificates (CP12s), annual servicing, and compliance documentation for landlords. We work with landlords managing anywhere from 2 to 10+ rental properties and can set up annual reminders so you never miss a deadline.
Will I need to get the electrics done too?
Sometimes — for example, if your gas line or consumer unit needs upgrading. The good news is we have in-house electricians, so we can handle it all without you needing to find a separate contractor.
